Neev Homes to develop affordable housing project in Mumbai

Neev Homes, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has announced the launch of its new affordable residential project, 'Neev Bellevue' at Malad in Mumbai, Maharashtra, an Indian state.

Upon completion, the building would comprise of a total of 35 apartment units with 32 two-bedroom apartments and three Duplex Flats with three-bedrooms ranging from 800sqft to 1500sqft.

Covering an area of 45,000 square feet, the 15-storey Neev is aesthetically designed and caters to the mid income housing within a prime locality of the city. The housing project would offer amenities like a strategically built and a well equipped health club, a visitor’s lounge, a fully furnished society office, an intercom system and C.C.T.V surveillance for the safety and security of the residents.

The new property will also consist of an array of high-quality amenities, which include podium and stilt parking, a car lift and two passenger lifts of reputed make, solar panels and a water harvesting facility.
